fantastic stay the staff were wonderful and the food in the restaurant was five star. so good we ate there 4 times. Highly recommend.
pitch 2 is incredibly noisy with restaurant and bar noise but the staff helped find us a quieter pitch. The sea view pitches whilst lovely are noisy in comparison to the back of the site in the more woodland setting.
The pool was a little dissapointing, it was not heated we found it very cold and needed a good clean.Otherwise a wonderful campsite in a great spot.

This is a really well run campsite. The owner and her team made us really welcome and continued to help our stay be a first class experience right the way through our 6 night stay.

The site has flat pitches and excellent facilities. No negatives at all, though it's not a cheap site! The coastline is disappointing (the sea goes out a long way, revealing a lot of mud!) but nearby La Rochelle, Rochefort and Isle de Re are all great to visit.

Thoroughly recommend this site.

Nice site, one for campervans/ caravans rather than tents. Some pitches good sea view.

Walk to town is further than the 1.5km the site's map suggests. Walk via coast/ beach much nicer than the more direct route.

Bar has fab aspect, and surprisingly good range of beers. Didn't try the restaurant.

Recommend caution using Google maps -  took us a Right turn outside campsite on leaving rather than down the hill. Will be awkward for big units

Still an excellent site, close to beach and near town. Arrived 1 October expecting restaurant to be open but it\'s closed. No bread service. But the pool is open!
Will come here again.

There are many other sites near Concarneau but this was the only one within walking distance of the town.
Having been to Brittany before we did not bother to pre book any site and were surprised that this site was almost full when we arrived at 11am in September. We were offered a choice of 6 pitches all of which were quite small but we found one that just accommodated our 7.5m caravan, awning and car. There are a mix of pitch sizes on site so it’s down to the luck of the draw. If I come here again I will pre book to ensure a larger pitch.
There was a high turnover of camper vans every day and the site was full every night in late August/ early September.
The site is well signposted but when you arrive at the entrance it can be mistaken for access to a farmyard rather than a touring site. Once you’re in it’s fine but there are some tight turns.
A water tap is shared between 2 pitches but you’ll have to walk to the motorhome service point to empty your grey waste tank.
We found the site to be very peaceful. If you listen hard you can hear the occasional motorbike but apart from that it’s quiet and people tended to go to bed early.
The toilet block looks to have been refitted quite recently to a high standard. It is well maintained and clean.
There is a good bar and restaurant on site. We enjoyed the ‘moules et frite’ night.
It’s a 20 minute walk into Concarneau along a very pleasant path. Concarneua itself was full of shops, bars and restaurants and very pleasant. There are many walks in the area and interesting towns to visit including Pont Aven.
All staff were very pleasant and most spoke good English.
Very happy to recommend.

This was our 2nd visit to this site, this time it was busy due to it being in the French holidays. Nevertheless the site is still fantastic with friendly staff, sizeable pitches and in a great location within walking distance to the old town and the beach. The toilet facilities are modern and clean & the pool is great. Didn’t try the bar or restaurant this visit, but the view and atmosphere appeared to be just as good as last time. My only criticism is the lack of space to stop while checking in.

Just right size. Great location with good sized pitches Helpful staff and superb restaurant.

If using satnav suggest address rather than coordinates. we went round the inner town twice before it clicked! Entrance easy in 6.5mtr motorhome, might be tricky for larger caravans as bends tight and some pitches restricted in size. Good facilities, modern and clean and great views over the bay from the bar terrace and swimming pool. Easy access on paths to both town and beach. would come again out of season.

Great site. Best toilet facilities we’d encountered on our tour of Brittany in 2022. 20-25 minute walk into Concarneau from coded gate at bottom of site. We took the coast road back to site which took about an hour. Pitch was level and didn’t require ramps with hedge between adjacent pitches. Some pitches had fantastic view of the sea.

It’s just great and very well managed!
