nice rural site. small covered pool was open which was a bonus.Toilets clean and basic .Shower was like being jet washed . would definitely return again

This campsite is an ideal stopover close to the N10, particularly during the winter months, when few sites are open.
A very friendly welcome and offer of bread/pastries the following morning.
The pitches are large on well drained ground, within oak trees.
The facilities are adequate although the showers would benefit from a little attention.
Overall, this site is good for the price and we would not hesitate in stopping here again, as an overnight stop.

Friendly welcome with fresh bread/pastries available to order. Nice rural site among trees. showers were not hot. no privacy between pitches but otherwise a good stop over site

Very disappointing. I questioned the price and was told that it included a booking fee and tourist tax. My French is not good enough to question this further. Showers were very cool and none of the heating worked. Outside temperature was 2 degrees.

The book said it has WiFi, when we enquired about this we were told that there wasn\'t any WiFi available. If we had known in advance that WiFi was not available we may not have stayed, especially as the phone reception is also not great there. Also, we were charged 90c extra. We weren\'t about to complain about 90c, we just can\'t understand this charge. Other than that, it is a lovely campsite in a nice quiet location.

Lovely campsite, perfect for families. Friendly staff. Great amenities for kids, ours had to be prised off the trampoline and out of the pool. Generous pitches.. Plenty to entertain the kids so no need to travel to find things to do.

We enjoyed our stay at La Motte. Very friendly owners and good facilities. Some good cycling routes too.
