The only reason to use this site is to see Venice, brilliant location next to the lagoon, with views of Venice AND huge ships arriving and leaving the ferry port etc.
noisy at night as boats ( and planes) arrive and leave early and late, however , it has to be said it is definitely an experience. Not worth paying for front line, as it is even more noisy and the van shudders occasionally from the large ships passing, park where you like no pitch limits, first come first served, though people were respectful.
Use the new toilet block not the old ones!!. Great value when you consider the location. water taxi to Venice , 20 minute ride, leaves in the hour returns every 1/2 past the hour, tickets from campsite reception.

sehr schöne,grosse schattige,nicht nummerierte plätze zum aussuchen,gute Pizza, (leider mit zu lauter techno Musik ,der fluglärm ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Ansonsten sehr gepflegt,sehr freundliche rezeptionistin.

Wunderschöner Blick auf Venedig, große Kreuzfahrtschiff als Nachbarn, für Venedigbesucher einfach ein genialer Platz

Wer als Camper Venedig besuchen möchte, kann hier gut ein oder zwei Nächte bleiben. Die Sanitäranlagen sind im Waschhaus ok, es gibt auch noch alte Anlagen, die eher nicht zu empfehlen sind. Man beachte, das der Platz zwar schön am Wasser gelegen ist, aber auch in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt und auch ständig große Schiffe vorbeifahren. Nachts hatten wir draußen ein dauerhaftes Piepen in Zweisekundentakr, was nervte. Fähre in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Für einen Venedigbesuch ideal geeignet. Man kann mit dem Vaporetto direkt nach Venedig reinfahren. Restaurants, Shop, Pool sehr gut ausgestattet.

Man steht so schön mit Blick nach Venedig. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber sind sie.

très bon accueil, toilettes propre manque une raclette, placement non délimité donc un peu anarchique mais toujours dans le respect beaucoup de bruit bateaux et travaux sur le port et pour finir les moustiques

On arrival was advised no electricity is included with ASCI, also if your caravan is over 7 meters there is a extra charge. None of this is listed on ASCI. Stayed just two nights so we could visit Venice. toilet, shower facilities in need of updating. No marked pitches, did not find reception very helpful, on asking two questions received the shrug of shoulders, and on the next one a look to her colleague. For the record very noisy, durning the day and through the night as cruise ships and cargo ships coming into the port which is where the site is.
